Information we use

We use your name, contact details, delivery address and order contents to fulfil and deliver orders and provide support. Accounts retain account details and order history. Essential technical information supports security and cart operation.

Payments and transfer receipts

InstaPay checkout requests a transfer receipt for payment review. We never ask for your banking password, PIN or verification code. Uploading a receipt does not confirm that funds arrived; payments are reviewed before acceptance.

Sharing information

Authorised staff can access order information. Delivery partners receive the details needed to deliver your order. Hosting is provided by Hostinger. Optional WhatsApp conversations are also subject to that service’s policy. We do not sell customer data.

Cookies and retention

Essential cookies support the cart, sign-in and language choice. Advertising or marketing tracking will not be enabled without disclosure and any required consent. Records are retained as needed for fulfilment, claims and accounting obligations; unnecessary information is removed when possible.
